Les l\u00e9gumes doivent rester un peu fermes.<\/span><br>\u2022&nbsp;<span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Pr\u00e9parer l\u2019appareil : fouetter les \u0153ufs, ajouter la cr\u00e8me, saler, poivrer, mettre une pointe de piment d\u2019Espelette, la Chlorella.<\/span><br>\u2022&nbsp;<span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Dans un plat \u00e0 cake, installer le papier cuisson qui facilitera le d\u00e9moulage de la terrine.<\/span><br>\u2022&nbsp;<span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Au fond du plat, verser un peu de l\u2019appareil puis disposer les l\u00e9gumes de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 ce que la coupe transversale de la terrine soit harmonieuse en couleur. Verser le reste de l\u2019appareil qui doit finir de remplir le moule. Rabattre le papier de cuisson et cuire au bain marie environ 50 mn.<\/span><br>\u2022&nbsp;<span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Ne d\u00e9mouler la terrine qu\u2019une fois bien refroidie.<\/span><br>\u2022&nbsp;<span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">A pr\u00e9parer la veille et servir avec une mayonnaise ou un yaourt \u00e0 la grecque sal\u00e9 poivr\u00e9 avec un peu de moutarde.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>6 personnes &#8211;
