If you have a particular constraint regarding the delivery of your package, please leave a message while ordering or contact us immediately after confirmation of your order. We always try to find a solution to your needs. Products are shipped via the COLISSIMO service and generally are delivered within 48 hours within the French metropolitan territory, and between 48 hours and 7 days if the delivery address is outisde of France. Deliveries are made ​​from Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm.

Parcels are delivered to the delivery address specified when ordering. Parcels are delivered by the Colissimo service of La Poste.

It is important to communicate all the necessary information to ensure the parcels' delivery, such as building numbers, street, driveway, code door building, the presence of an intercom with the correct name...

Parcels can be tracked on the website of the carrier (Colissimo) that will be communicated along with the tracking number of the package by Colissimo itself (check your spam box) www.colissimo.fr

Participation of shipping costs are as followed:

• 6.60 € for mainland France, Monaco - Free if order >= 210 € for this area. 

• 15 € for: Europe, Switzerland, Outremer Zone 1 (Guadeloupe, St Barthelemy, St Martin, Martinique, Reunion, Guyana, Mayotte and Saint Pierre & Miquelon).

• 25 € for USA, Canada, Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia (VAT is automatically deducted of your order for delivery in this zone)

• 30 € for: Rest of the world (VAT is automatically deducted of your order for delivery in this zone)

• Exception for the book Chlorella, The Super Food (French)
0 € (free shipping) for: Metropolitan France, Monaco 
6.60 € for: Rest of the world

Delivery Time

Approximate delivery of a parcel is 48 hours (France Metropolitan Area), and between 48 hours and 7 days if the delivery address is outisde of France. Products are shipped at the earliest upon receipt of the order of payment by credit card, or reception of check or bank transfer confirmation.

In case of a delivery problem

In case a damaged package would arrive at the customer please notify the carrier and INTELLIMED within two days of reception. If the package is too damaged, the customer is entitled not to accept it. Any claims made ​​after this deadline will not be accepted.

If the customer meets these conditions the company will refund the products price in the shortest delays or offer to exchange the damaged products . The products should be returned to INTELLIMED, 69 rue d'Alep, 38080 L'Isle d'Abeau, France, in the state in which the customer received it, in their original packaging. It is recommended to take photos.

Retractation Right

In accordance with European and national regulations, you have the right to return your products up to 14 days after the date of products reception.
If you wish to be reimbursed you must return the products in the exact receiving conditions, which includes evidences of non-broken seals. This action must be done before the deadline and products returned to the following address: INTELLIMED, 69 rue d'Alep, 38080 L'Isle d'Abeau, France.
